We had a great experience with MJP Chicago today. They were prompt, professional, and took the time to clearly explain everything while solving the issue quickly and thoroughly. Devon and Steve were very courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable, which made the whole process stress-free. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent plumbing work.

I had an appointment with MJP and they called asking if they can come earlier which they did and went into my crawl space to evaluate and ended up rodding my bathtub and sink. They adjusted my drain in the tub and made sure everything worked well. They were quick, clean and very easy to do business with.
I will definitely use this company again. They took pictures of my plumbing in the crawl space to show me the plumbing and what they were going to do. Thank you Jason and your men for a thorough job and the pictures that were attached to my bill. The price was very fair for the time they spent at my residence.

Had an intermittent leak from basement ceiling for quite a while that other plumbers have come out and could not find the source of. MJP found the cause and fixed it for a reasonable price along with a couple other bathroom issues. I even received a plumbing 101 lesson and now know what an aerator key is. Thanks guys.

Steve and Drew did a GREAT job power jetting the sewer line and running the camera through. They were thorough, informative, and took their time. They educated my husband about everything they were doing and seeing. We highly recommend them!

Drew was fantastic! They fixed our toilet efficiently and affordably as well as checked our sink which was luckily an easy fix. They were so kind and thorough we will definitely use them again for things like sewer rodding

I’m getting a lot of work redone on my mid century modern home and unfortunately have quite a few old galvanized pipes that were built on top of the wall instead of inside the wall in my utility room. Drew did an amazing job of updating my utility sink piping to the more standard copper and getting it properly fitted by the studs. I also had an old concrete utility sink that was close to 300lbs that he expertly removed and replaced with a way more functional stainless steal one. My shut-off valves for all my outdoors spigots were also the old turnstile types that were rusted and would not turn properly and he was able to replace both lines and put in a lovely set of winterized settings and shut offs. I love the work that was done and am very impressed with how smooth and cost efficient the whole project was. Thank you guys so much!!

We couldn’t be happier with the work Gus and his crew at MJP Plumbing did for us. They were professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient from start to finish.

We had major flooding issues in our backyard and basement, and MJP solved the problem once and for all. They dug two 5’x5’x5’ wells in our backyard, trenched, and laid pipe to direct sump pump drainage out to the front yard.

They even had to break through our patio and sidewalk—and you’d never know it. Everything was restored perfectly, and they completely re-seeded our lawn as well.

We’ve been using this company for a few years now. From as big as a new flood control system to as little as a toilet that won’t flush. There have been huge rainstorms and basement is perfectly dry. The workers are on time and professional too. Great company!

New review - contacted MJP Chicagoland plumbing to check on my catch basin that wasn't draining. Contacted Jason and he sent Devin out to run a camera through the line. blockage about 60 ft in. He recommended a high pressure jet cleaning which I set up. Jason called and stated they had an opening the next day in the afternoon. Drew and Jayden showed up and had the blockage cleared quickly. They then took their time using the camera and clearing any remaining roots and minor debris. Amazed at the work and technology now available. Professional, knowledgeable and personable. Thanks men, once again highly recommended to help with any plumbing needs.

I contacted Jason at MJP for plumbing work for a basement bathroom. MJP came out and gave me a very reasonable estimate compared to a few others. I scheduled them to come out for the works and it went smooth. Zach and his crew discussed what they thought would be the best route for water lines. I threw them a bit of a curve asking for a slight change and they didn’t hesitate to fill my request. The work was completed by days end. Thanks MJP, sometimes it is hard to find a plumbing crew to do a job that quickly. I’d recommend them to family and friends without hesitation.

Great plumbing job for my kitchen sink. It’s a hundred year old home and a tangled web of pipes. They got it all straitened out and streamlined down into my crawl space. Yea!!

We’ve trusted Gus with our basement waterproofing needs since 2010 in 2 different homes. Gus and his team have diagnosed and fixed all of our issues such as, putting in a drain tile system, a new sewer line, fixing seepage and cracks and putting in a new sump pump and battery backup. I wanted to take a moment to highly recommend MJP Chicagoland. I had sewer issue arise during construction and Jason and team were extremely responsive. From identifying the problem, to developing a plan to ultimately having to replace part of sewer, the team members I dealt with were all responsive. Special kudos to the work crew that had to replace the sewer line --- they busted their tails to turn this around quickly, all while maintaining a safe and clean site, in order to get my bigger project back on schedule. Well done MJP Chicagoland!
